Not saying Bednar is the issue but at least Roy got something out his top players. Duchene had a 30 goal season, Barrie was a true threat from the blueline and hell even Soderberg was productive |

Vegas is going to go after someone is San Antonio.
-They have to take 30 players with only 23 spots on their roster.
-They will probably want to take a run at a few free agents and could potentially need a spot for their top pick.
-They can try to make a couple of 2 for 1 player trades or player for prospects/picks but they will also have a minor league system to worry about.
Vegas should make at least 3-4 picks specifically to help their AHL team. A team that will have no decent NHL talent exposed to the draft would be a good candidate. I'm guessing they go after someone like Siemens or Grimaldi. |
