I like it...."win and your in" goalie method is a cop-out for the coaches IMO. I think right now Elliott gives the team the best chance to win.

Should this team not be going after MAF from Pitts? I think they need to solidify the goaltending if they are going to make a serious push for the playoffs and to have any chance of doing anything more then getting swept.

Maybe the Pens would have interest in Bouma + Elliot . I'm sure the can make the salary work,

It all depends on the cost but I agree....I would doubt Bouma and Elliott would get it done. But like maybe JJ and Elliott???

Well I can't see MAF getting much back...JJ would be a good depth d man, and they would get a solid backup. Maybe chuck in a 4th round pick? Better than losing him for nothing.

I think MAF would be happy to go somewhere where he knows he would be the starter, and the flames are right in the thick of it, plus the goalie market is fairly saturated, so beggars can't be choosers.
