Ryjo a little pissed. What gives? Always shows a little class to have a 30 second thank you video for past players.

Ehhhh not so fast, the first goal Bob was screened, the last goal he got hung out to dry. The 2nd/3rd were mostly his fault though.

It looked like Bob started his vacation a day early.

Shows a little more class not to whine about not getting your little tribute video.

To be completely honest, I find these little tribute and thank you video things a little worn out. If a guy was with you for a long time and was really well liked by all like Shea Weber was in Nashville and he comes back, then sure...go for it. But every player doesn't warrant this.

The reality for Johansen is that he had soured on a lot of people within the organization and within the fanbase. He's a professional athlete who needs to act like one. He got paid for his services while in Columbus. Move on and quit pouting that you didn't get your little thank you.

------------

As for the game...it was sloppy as hell. I haven't seen the team that disorganized in the defensive zone in a while. I'm glad we have a break for them to let that eat at them a little bit for a few days while getting some rest. Hopefully, it makes the team hungry when they get back to work.

Well,

At least we now clearly know why the trade was made last year, and we won it by a mile. RJ turned into a cancer on the team and we got a #1 defenseman in return for him. I hated to hear he said anything about this, it just makes a young kid look awful. Good luck handling RJ in the future Nashville.

After that game it's seems more and more obvious we will likely be the 1st wild card team and get Montreal or whoever overtakes them. The Rangers are only 2 points behind us for 3rd in the division and the schedule in March is brutal, with lots of back-to-backs (six I think), and not a single easy game the whole month.

Actually, I think our schedule is extremely favorable.

13 division games so plenty of points to gain within. Of those 13, we play the Devils and Flyers three times, the Devils and Caps twice, NYR/PIT/CAR each once....That's a pretty good slate imho.

Compare it to the Rangers who have 7 back-to-backs.

Bottom line is you just have got to win the games you play.
