Great blog Andrew. I'm so thrilled with this move the more I think about it. I hope he helps Galchenyuk's development also. I don't get why everyone is saying the sky is falling in regards to his development at center. He's only 22, and face offs and two way skill are very teachable unlike offensive acumen (which he already has loads of).

Thanks a lot. I applaud the move as well, but Therrien does deserve some recognition for helping Galchenyuk become a prolific scorer. With that in mind, you hit the nail on the head- winning faceoffs and playing responsibly defensive hockey is something that can be taught but also comes with experience.
