I really hope the good Sens team comes out tonight. Let's chalk the last loss up to the grind of the road and hope they can recover now

If Hammond falters here it could be his last NHL game in a very long time, if not ever.

Finally Condon getting a night off. I just hope Hammond doesn't screw up...
Someone mention that this might be his last shot as a NHL backup goalie,
and I totally agree with that.

He must know that we have Anderson, Condon and O'Connor coming so i'm sure he's feeling the pressure and hopefully he goes on another big streak.

I'm glad Hammond is finally getting a chance to at least start a game or two. Don't write them off too early, he could just surprise a few of you.

Good luck 'Hamburglar'!!

I'm less concerned our goal tending right now. Condon is doing great, Hammond proved he could do it last year, Anderson has always been solid and we have O'Connor coming.

At this point the team is playing well enough that we should be making the playoffs. But where my concern is, once we get there, we are a #1C and a #2LW away from really being a contender.

Total stinker

Can't blame Hammond for most of the goals. He was actually one of their better players, especially in the first.

Wow. The dream is over just like that. 10 unanswered goals. And the Leafs beat Dallas who are going to kick our sorry asses on Thurs night. What the hell happened?

Wait, the Sens can still make the playoffs without scoring any more goals this season, right?

They just sucked last night again. They are in of a top 6 winger and sooner rather than later if they want to be contenders in the playoffs. Time for Melnyk to get off his wallet and let the GM make an impact trade.

I have a feeling that Hammond will be playing AHL hockey in the next couple of days.

Yes, but based on last nights game, any goalie would have given up at least 4 goals. So you can't really fault him for that.

But it would have been nice to see him play a game or two in AHL over last week or so, but he messed that up before

Would also be nice to see Anderson play an AHL game or two before he comes back
