Curious to see how Armstrong handles the trade deadline. Berglund & Shattenkirk could be sent packing, but the minors are looking light on talent after Barbashev was called up.

I agree, Blues would have lost regardless. But watching the officials cater to certain teams deserves to get called out, regardless of whether it determines the outcome or not.

Shattenkirk needs to go for futures. Picks & prospects.

Berglund I wouldn't mind extending after the expansion draft for the right price. He's frustrating, but a tolerable 3rd liner.

I think Blues would have to tank super hard for Armstrong to actually be a seller. He knows his job is in jeopardy. Blues need to either be securely in playoffs, or well out of them. Otherwise he will hold on to everything hoping to make playoffs and save his job. Hope I'm wrong though.

The officiating was bad enough it was getting called out on TV and radio. Not sure how you think it's wrong for people to discuss it at that point. Crosby has gotten called out by his own team mates for being a crybaby to the officials. Again, not being a sore loser to discuss it.

Being a sore loser is writing an entire blog complaining about how it's bad for the NHL for at team to play a style you lose too. See: Penguins blogger.

I don't dislike Crosby because of favouritism, nothing he can do about that. The thing that bothers me most about him is that he just doesn't look like he's having any fun out there. He is as robotic as they come, he doesn't seem happy to win, just relieved.

What player doesn't get angry when they don't win?

Some bad bounces, undisciplined penalties same actions the other way uncalled and not winning puck battles.

This did not look like the same team that would just quit for five to ten minutes of the game and give up five goals.

Lehtera with as many penalties as goals scored with a netminder present yet again. But you know it is crazy to suggest a young player is better.
