What are the rules regarding sending Hammond back down to the AHL? Once he's cleared waivers once, how long does that last? Is there a set amount of time where he doesn't have to be placed on waivers to go back down? Or is he clearing every time he's sent back down? Or is Anderson leaving allowing him to pop up and down?

Sorry for the block of questions; just curious.

I believe Hammond was an emergency re-call so he doesn't need to clear waivers to return to AHL.

"A player does not need to pass through waivers if the player has not been on the NHL active roster for a cumulative 30 days since last clearing waivers, and has not played in 10 or more NHL games. CBA Reference 13.2(b)"

Offence is looking good so far. Defense needs to play a little tighter and take out the passing lanes

You should hope Mr. 4-goal is back in net at the start of the 3rd

\That short handed goal really shifted the momentum.

But with Pitts getting so many shots it was likely only time anyway.

Anderson hasn't been sharp, 2-3 questionable goals especially the Malkin one.. But then again 33 shots in 2 periods ain't that good either
Disappointed with this team right now, they had it all they had to do is play good hockey after the two goal lead... blew it all away!

Kyle Turris and Rundblad too.

Also, Methot isn't here to score points, and Foligno had some pedestrian numbers in Columbus.

But Ryan trade is not looking great I will agre 100%, and Brassard hasn't exactly excelled here.
