Quilatoa is beautiful, but you want to try and go during summer to get the views of the Vulcanos, mid August would be the best time! Definitley let me know if you come down this way, Ecuador offers some pretty amazing possibilities for travel.

Plan to watch some game of thrones till noon, and then "hopefully" sleep off the morning drunk until just before game time... then drink again!!!
