Yeah, if he can play like he has he'll have earned protection in the expansion draft. Probably gonna be saying bye to Gaunce, though in the Sportsnet mock draft they have LV taking Dorsett

I think they would take whoever isn't protected, Bar or Granlund. Sbisas being the other option depending upon their need. Dorset is safe

Unless Hansen is traded at the deadline, opens a spot for Bae/Granlund

Hopefully Sbisa steps up and proves the critic's wrong. Another unexpected option for JB moving forward.

Some interesting stats...mainly Horvats low 1st line production and Stetchers ability to generate shots

I wish but it's unlikely. I think Hansen will be here for a very long time. He is Lindens favourite player

As I posted yesterday it's an exciting time for the Canucks. We can have massive trades by TDL. The play of the young D will be the determining factor for team development. Don't count it by wins but by performance. Only key forwards missing are Hanson and unknown Rodin. So if these forwards produce wins will come.

I'm being serious. Markus is younger and a more well rounded player. He also hasn't had the opportunities of his brother. Obviously he needs to progress very well the next two years but it's possible. mikael is a good player but nothing special

mikeal's first 3 full seasons, 39-41-44 pts on the offensive giant of the wild
markus's first 3 full seasons, barely broke into lineups and played bottom 6 when he did
not to mention his point totals in national team play while markus watches on TV like the rest of us.. i guess only time will tell but mikeal has quite the head start

Well chances are Sbisa will be gone at the end of the season so you might want to get used to the idea

Why so? Isn't more likely that we shed the aging defender and protect the younger one that is progressing?
