It has been fun to watch them, especially with the schedule and the fact they have already been on the West Coast once, meaning its only one more western Canada trip this year.

We also have some $$$$ to use to get another player by the deadline, and with the number of goals they are not scoring says the CBJ needs some offense. Who is out there that might help them?

6 pts out of 10 in a gruelling week I call that a success.

Torts has been talking about more youth from Cleveland. I'm guessing the next changes we might see could be Bjorkstrand and Milano with a shot to play for real if there are injuries. After that-who knows what might be available from teams that are out of it in January. A lot of deadline deals are just noise.

Big month for the CBJ ahead. Only 2 back to backs, and easier competition than they have seen. It will be interesting to see if they can put two real good months together. This team has never had the leadership to hold it together for a full year, and graduate to being real contenders.

I feel like they might stand pat, unless there's a really glaring need come March. Jarmo has gotten burned before on deadline trades

That Gaborik trade was incredibly random....

I wonder if he didn't really understand the team chemistry at the time, and how Gaborik really didn't fit the mold. Not to say that a skill player can't be successful with CBJ, I think Saad is breaking that rule
