I would ride the hot goalie. He's looked good. Lehner was serving up beach balls. I don't know. Maybe he needs to play 10-12 straight to find his groove.

What you do next will decide whether your crap day becomes everyone's last crap day or just another crap day.

There's been a Ripped Fuel siting.

All I need is a CrimsonNinja post, a Bills win and, a Sabres win and it'd a nice hat trick.

I don't think he's the answer either but Lehner has not looked comfortable. Like I said, maybe he needs to play a bunch.

I wouldn't be opposed to going with Nilsson again but I think they stick with Lehner to allow him try and get his game going. He's looked a lot quicker in net but his numbers are pretty awful.

Lets go Buffalo. You cannot take out the new #1 goalie. Lehner should be traded. I can't wait to watch Laine for a full 60. I wonder who will be the best #2 overall on the ice today.

I gotta go look up the word 'siting'....

Right...why worry about winning games. The important thing is to make sure Lehner isn't sad.

Murray will NOT allow Lehner to not get his fair shake. Murray will never admit failure.

I hope he's right.

Really what?

1. Nilsson has out performed Lehner .
2. Laine has been the best #2 overall that's been selected in the last 5 years
3. 'Siting' isn't a word..

Really what?

I like Sam but I'm not arguing your point.
It's frustrating when Buffalo finally gets their kick at the can then Edmonton gets a generational talent and Tonto follows up a year later with another gem. We get Eichel (who will be a great player) but it's clear to me McD and Matthews are better players.

So, are we supposed to hate on the the 2 #2 picks we recently made because Laine is a talented hockey player? because I perceive your comment as a insult towards Jack and Samson, or maybe we shouldn't try to improve and get better every year and then we can draft the top 1-2 players in the draft just like Edmonton.
Tim Murray has said time and time again, he does not tell Bylsma who to play, that is left up to the coach to decide, so whoever gets the net today will be put there by Bylsma. I'm sure when it's decided that Lehner is a colossal failure he will not be tending the net and then all the haters can rejoice at their rightness.

I'm not saying we should hate on the pick's we got. I'm just saying its a Buffalo thing to get the 2nd best.
As far as Murray not telling Bylsma to play, you're right. But Lehner WILL get played come hell or high water. If the backup got 4 shut outs in a row Lehner will still be the starter. Call it Divine Intervention.

I'm not a hater. I'm a frustrated realist.

I mean it sucks, but we knew 2014 would be a lesser talent than 2015 or 16. Laine, Eichel, McD, Matthews are all several levels above anyone selected in 2014

But like I said, I like Sam's game and I think he'll be a solid top 4 player.

If anybody other than the trainwreck troll that likes to come on here and stir up his inane babble that Eichel and Sam aren't worth a damn, than you probably need help.

Free advice to all. Don't take his bait and follow rule 7. If you respond this thread will be a sh!t show for hours.

Cheers!

Yea, interested to see this year for him. It should be his break out season. Hopefully yesterday was the start to that.

Laine, Eichel, Matthews etc are all going to be top 10 NHL players for the next decade. We got one of them. Can't be upset with that
