No, Slepy is fine being a 13th forward at his age and what he will turn into in this league. Dont over think things.

Hey Matt,

The opinion from a Detroit writer is if he is not scoring, he is hurting you, and your numbers point to that. He has not be able to score at the NHL level, is not physical, but anything is possible with a change of scenery I guess. Seems to be another Omark? Pakarinen or Hendrick's return will move Slepyshev down.

The problem with Pulk is that he's got a great shot, but takes too much time to use it. That's why he could score so much in the AHL, but not in the faster-paced NHL.

If he could produce the same shot, faster, he'd be an offensive threat. Taking so much time to wind-up and get the puck off of his stick is killing him.
