He looked pretty Sens-Era Chaisson in preseason.

Starts out the season with a few goals and suddenly he's on our top line. Lol

He's an ok fit now. He'll probably get moved to another line at some point, but he looks like he's getting some confidence back.

I think confidence is key for him. I used to think he didn't play with enough of it and could be a better player than what he'd show onn a nightly basis...then he'd have the odd night where he'd play a pretty good game. Hopefully he's able to come out of his shell in Calgary!

Top line doesn't mean he is a top 3 forward on the team, its all about balance...like most teams the Flames have pairs that seem to stick together and then they find a player to complement them...he has done a good job of that the last two games.

he still has his issues with bad penalities when he stops moving his feet, but I really like what I have seen from him so far, he is active on the blue line and has a cannon of a shot that he just seems to be able to get on net, and not trying to shoot through guys, making the smart shot selection
