Well, the Cubs are in the World Series so anything in sports is possible.

I think the Flames are ready this year to take the next step and accomplish something no one anywhere thinks they're capable of doing.

Every fan base is stupid at the start of the season...just look at the Oilers lol

Article in the Edmonton Sun today says they are better than the caps in every area other than Defense...including goal

16 GA in 6 games...shhh don't tell them


Back to the Flames they need to play like that consistently, won't always get the result but over the rest of the season if they do they will be fine. Oddly enough it took six games for them to get their poop together...maybe top guys missing the pre season was a problem

LOL why so much hostility? 4-0 to start the season without leading in any of those games, surely Canucks fans knew better than what they had was NOT sustainable. Canucks will be lucky to be a .500 team this year. I really can't speak on behalf of your FB friends but they might need to come back down to earth.

The 4 starters the Flames used last year are no longer in the NHL lol, its still and upgrade. Besides, its a one year deal...for some reason the flames are treated like some old grizzled veteran team, they are still early in a rebuild...is Elliot the guy? lets find out, if not there will be lots available for next season.
