Is it a stretch to think they could go 2-1 in CA?

Yes they can, they did in 2013 with a worse team and missed the playoffs by one point after rolling through CA late in the season. It's still way too early to say anything, and Murray's injury hurts the team badly, but maybe there is something here in Columbus people overlooked.

I still think that when Murray is healthy he and Jones will be the #1 pair. Who Zach Werenski then pairs up with is an open question, but he seems to be the real deal no matter who he's paired with.

I just hope that when he hits the rookie wall in January or February the CBJ can cover for him until he gets back up to speed.
