This is a Bonus !!!! hopefully these kids can show something while they have a chance to.

Sweeney still NEEDS to add a Top D-man, knowing it's almost impossible to do that at least add a #2 like Shattenkirk / Trouba or Fowler type,

Say what you will about these guys, but I really think people aren't giving K. Miller a chance. I hate that he got injured again. It sucks. He was really solidifying himself as a reliable D-man at the end of last season.

Now with another injury, the mockery just continues.

Apparently he is a complete top 4 D man according to his HERO chart.

I think we have seen a big enough sample size to know what we are getting.

I lesser McQuaid signed for four more years with a history of injuries.

Between K. Miller and McQuaid, with both their injury histories, we basically have one bottom pairing shutdown D man worth 5.25M. We will be lucky to get a full season of 82 games between the pair of them. I will pass on both. Wish we could move on from those contracts.

agreed

but if I had to choose, I think I would keep Quaider. Slightly higher cap hit but one less year on the deal and he's meaner than K.Mills.

Seems precarious that the Bruins have a roster crunch and both these guys turn up hurt...

good offensive upside, always produced in the AHL. Not a fit on the Bruins, his game never translated to the big club with a few cups of coffee over the past couple seasons.

Could be a decent depth scorer IMO and I think he will be better served playing with the young guys on Toronto.

If babcock can make an NHL player out of Matt Hunwick, he can probably do it with Seth Griffith.

K. Miller was starting to show some promise, I agree. But the injury concerns between the 2 of them are something to be concerned with. I think it would be much better to waive or trade them both once they're healthy and pick up 5-6 guys in return. Picking up 5-6 guys is at least feasible unlike trading for a top pairing guy without giving up the farm.

As long a second you agree. Thank you. That's what is the worst about this, is that I believe he has the potential, but another injury just makes it harder to keep thinking there's an upside to him.
