Roster ended up exactly how I expected it would and I'm fine with it. I think wingels proved himself capable of being the 4th line center to start the year and I would rather see goldobin, goodrow, and labanc get playing time in the ahl rather than being the 13th forward. I'll be surprised if Haley see's much playing time. As long as he stays a healthy scratch for the majority of games I'm happy.

I would like to have seen one of the kids (Meier, Goldobin, etc...) push Ward down to the 4th line. I like Ward, but I'd really like to see someone a bit more dynamic and with more upside in the top 9.

I'm curious how the #1 PP unit will look this season as well. I think it's time to bump Marleau (one of my fav players of all time) and put Hertl out there.

As far as defense....we'll see how Dillon does with Schlem. I was pretty impressed with DeMelo and I'd really like to see that kid get a shot at a full time spot.
