Was at the game last night. The players that stood out for the Leafs were the goalies and Dermott. Willie had a few moments where he looked dangerous as well but only when he was given space to gain speed. Otherwise pretty blah.

Watched some of Canada winning the World Cup.

The defence played ok as a unit and when coverage broke Sparks and KK (I'm not even goin to try and spell his name) came up with the save. The Larson kid for Buffalo had his nose in it most of the night. Just glad that dbag Kane didn't make the scoresheet

Next year is my guess as well...maybe a late season call up for a few games

it was a great finish, I had a hockey game myself - so I got home with 10 mins left in the third

absolutely not. very sloppy play. Buffalo collapsed around the net and prevented the smaller Leafs from getting anywhere near it most of the game. On the other end, the Leafs' goalies did their job, as the Leafs' D looked pretty porous.

Let's put it this way the 2 best scoring chances for the Leafs came of the stick of Freddie the Goat, but he missed the net both times

I saw Freddie blow by a Sabres and defencemen and thought his skating had really improved. Then I noticed it was Franson.

Then I remembered Franson is a Sabre
