I text him again asking what he meant. I think he thinks that Virtanen legitimately doesn't look as good as some of the other prospects that are there.

Thanks Carol…..camp means the real thing is getting close but a lot of wrong assumptions are always made about who's gonna make and who's not. The reality is, there's only a few spots open for all those young guys trying to make a career out of hockey.

Henrik, Daniel, Eriksson, Sutter, Horvat, Baertschi, Granlund, Dorsett, Etem, Hansen, Virtanen & Rodin should all make the team out of camp. That's 12 guys right there for a possible 14 spots if they carry two extra forwards.

In a tournament like this where the sole purpose is to extract more money from Canadian fans, and for Bettman to play chicken with the IOC because they cannot land on which billion dollar organization will cover the $15 million in expenses - I am cheering for Sweden, and more importantly that none of the 6 Canucks get injured.
