That app from united actually looks like a lot of fun! I'm going to check it out in depth, and I'm not normally an app type of guy.

I too agree Fisher was without a doubt the correct candidate for the C. He's a quality leader and a heart and soul type of player. My personal belief is should have played in the NHL for 5 years or more before you can wear the C, this recent trend of giving it to the 18-20 yr olds, regardless of talent, doesn't sit well with me.

If you don't like or respect your national anthem, then you should probably leave your country. Many have died to bring you the quality of life you have. Sure every nation has its problems, but be part of the solution, not the problem. I have a small business, and the big box stores from the states step all over me and try to grind me into nothing under their giant heels, and then laugh about it. All I can do is try to be part of the solution, and disrespecting your national anthem is not the way to do it.

Mike Fisher was a good choice. Per the David Poile press conference in naming Fisher captain Poile stated "Mike can play as long here as he wants". I see another two years for Fisher.

Its a song, get over yourself, people did not die for the national anthem, they died for the freedom and self determination.

"You're" not "your". "Anneals of history"? Huh? Do you just make up sentences based on random words you heard somewhere? Are you that lacking in their proper use?

The English language, common sense, logic, basic knowledge and the ability to carry on a conversation are attributes that few (if any) would attribute to you.

And by the way, the other guy never said nor even hinted that anyone died for the National Anthem.
