Considering our normal amount of draft picks, I guess we look OK?

Yeah, his defensive game needs a little work, so I doubt he would ever be a guy you see playing more of a defensive role or PK or something.

Essentially an offense only top 6 wing. Good enough offensively to be top 6 rather than bottom. Compared to say, Toffoli or Pearson who can play PK and don't really need to be protected much.

Perhaps I'll try to re-work that one for more clarity.

Hoping for more From Justin Auger... Saw the guy in camp last year, and he moves like a normal guy even tho he looks like he'd be another Steve McKenna. I think he's like 6'14" or sumpin'...
Can't find the right words, he just has a fluidity of movement that is full-body adaptable, like Muzzin. One of those guys that looks like he is never clumsy, limbs and torso can all move independently and makes "custom" plays that cannot be practiced. Really pulling for him to get a real shot at some ice time.

Grew on me a lot last season a I watched him. Good kid, hard worker, really took a step forward last year. Looking forward to what he has this year as well. I think he is close.

That's a pretty good group if you can manage to win a lot of 1-0, 2-1 games but that's what has troubled the Kings the past two seasons, not enough scoring. Particularly the year before where they did not even get into the playoffs. I'm afraid that even Kempe is not going to be someone who can fill the net with any regularity. We shall see. It's sort of like the Devil's problem as well where they have the goaltending and guys who work hard but they are just a fringe playoff team at this point.

I'd really like to see some high end talento come back into the mix, especially considering the cap situation and whether or not Toffoli and Pearson can be resigned, not to mention Doughty coming up in a couple of years as well. Sekera and Lucic were mostly busts in my eyes and 1st round picks are important.
