Chabot has always impressed impressed me and he continues to get better and better.

I am very excited to see what Logan Brown can do. He has good speed and size and he continues to grow. Could be a beast for us in a few years

Little concerned about Chabot's play recently but overall I think he should have a strong camp and make the team.

Curious as to what concerns you about Chabot's play lately?

His point per game pace/ +24 for Saint John last season ? His 21 points in 17 games in the Q playoffs ? Or his 3 points in 5 games for an underwhelming Canadian WJC squad?

When I think of Chabot I think of a Cody Ceci type with higher offensive upside. Both have an identical .64 points per game in the CHL, but if Chabot gets his 4th year in junior like Ceci did. You can bet that .64 ppg will rise.

i've heard the first like 2 days were just okay but after that he was solid. He's been extremely impressive for me the last few years

I'm concern with Colin White injuries !!
If I'm not mistaken it's not his first injury since we drafted him !?
I hope he's not the type of guy who get injured 2/3 times a year ...

ya i agree.... overall im not worried.... just that camp.

Btw, would look at bringing in Vermette for cheap (bought out). Paul and Puempel can compete with him for spots and he could become useful in the faceoffs. Also was with Kelly and Neil for the cup run in 07.

Hoffman - Brassard - Stone
MacArthur - Turris - Ryan
Smith - Pageau - Lazar
Kelly - Vermette - Neil

I think we can get Heatley for cheap too. Let's just bring back the whole '07 teams.

I'm not opposed to bringing in Vermette on a 1 year deal. With Kelly & Vermette we'd be wining a lot of faceoffs. If Peumple doesn't start producing in the NHL I think he's Dorions first victim.

I'm a little young to remember Alfie when he was young but I hope

that White will not be an injury prone type of player... I have High

expectation for this player
