Is Hall more of a play-maker or sniper?
If i recall, Hall was the playmaker and Henrique was the sniper in their young days together. But i could be wrong. |

Hall was 24th in the NHL in iCF60 (All situations, 500 mins toi minimum)
He is a shooter.
Hall was at 18.15 iCF60
Henrique was at 9.02 iCF60 |

Henrique and Zajac, our #1 and #2 centers, both don't shoot. That's a problem. Hope it changes. - jersey1414
Henrique only shot enough for 30 goals last season, what a bum. |

While he scored 30 goals and undoubtedly has one of the better shots on the team, he had a 20% shooting percentage as Todd noted in his post. It's highly unlikely that he'll shoot that well again and Henrique is not a volume shooter like Cammalleri is, so with the assumption that he'll shoot closer to his career shooting %, he'll struggle to score that many goals again unless he gets more shots on goal.
He's not a bum by any means, but I don't see him as a guy who will consistently score 30 goals. He's probably a guy that you can count on for 20+, with 30 only possible if he gets lucky as he seems to have been last year. |

so it seems the projected pairs will be
Greene-Severson
Moore-Lovejoy
Merrill-Santini/Auvitu/Mozik/Helgeson
Moore isn't that bad. If I was cool like the cool kids I'd check out his special numbers.. but I'm not.. so I'll just say he's not that bad. If Severson can play at least decent defense, being that he's just 21, we m..mmight be ok. Merrill will have to return to when he was serviceable and hopefully build upon that. And then say a prayer one of those other 4 prospects pan out lol. |

I think will be okay on defense but lots of question marks back there. Greene is the only guy any of us can say for certain will be solid and consistent. The rest of them it's a bit up in the air. Severson should bounce back to have a good year. He had 30 pts in a year where he wasn't at his best so that's encouraging. I just worry about his overall d-zone play the guy is weak in front and in the corners. Playing against top lines could get ugly with him. But really who else can play with Greene? I'd say the only other possible option and it's a long shot would be if Santini is ready. I'm not expecting that though. |

I'm more worried about Merrill and Moore then the four prospects... Except for OT when Moore is the best. |

just sayin, the difficulty spike from pro to all-star in NHL 16 is just stupid. ruins the game. I can win 8-3 in pro, getting hosed in all-star. Every one of their defenders checks like an in his prime Chara and scores like Bobby Orr, ever forward slippery and lethal as Gretzky. Meanwhile, every one of my D hit like Gionta and forwards skate and shoot like Zubrus. ridiculous. |

even Greene isn't a sure bet. He'll be 34 in october and last year was just a hair off his peak game. |

Wow thought I was the only one. I can't play pro cause the game ends up like 8-7 and on all star I'm a turnover machine.. Hope the new games relievers something a little more in the middle. |

i'm only 3 games into all-star, but so far it's been losing 8-4, 10-5,.. and i just managed to lose by only 3 in a 5-2 loss to SJ! They're on you in 2 seconds, you either get knocked over, puck stolen, or pass intercepted. it's retarded. I keep telling myself I'll figure it out and be more competitive. The game just does some stupid nonsense sometimes. makes me crazy lol. |

Totally agree with that. Henrique doesn't pull the trigger unless he likes what he's looking at. His shots totals have been remarkably consistent. Hopefully playing with Hall will get him some better looks and entice him to take some more shots. |

Thing with me is I prefer my games to be as realistic as possible. I started playing hardcore mode in my be a pro which helps with those unreal scores (9-7).. Thing is when I play pro the score still seems to rise and I rack up some points. When I play superstar it's pretty even although my points don't come as easy. My biggest problem is I ALWAYS lead the league in turnovers at the end of the season and by a large margin. I also usually lead in take away (I play defense). I wish they'd correct that. |
