However, now we have too many Left side Dmen. Dillon needs to be moved. And Mueller is stuck in the AHL until a left side spot opens(now 4 guys ahead of him). Martin is the only one who is capable of switching to the right side with no huge impact to his play, but obviously we don't want Dillon on Burns' pairing
I can only assume Wilson will protect 7 forwards and 3 Defensemen.
My guess is Mueller and Dillon get moved.
Also hoping Wilson strikes some sort of under the table handshake deal with the big name UFA's to sign after the Expansion draft. Thornton and Burns for sure. Marleau maybe if he takes a big paycut. If Marleau wants more than 3 million, he gets a fruit basket and rides off into the sunset

Schlemko can play fairly well on the right side so I don't think Dillon necessarily needs to be moved to make room for him. Plus Demelo should be filling in for a good number of games
I'm guessing we protect couture, pavelski, ward, boedker, hertl, nieto, 1 more forward, braun, vlasic, martin, jones and sign burns, thornton, (maybe) marleau, tierney, mueller after the draft. That would leave us at risk of losing Dillon, Schlemko, and Demelo (unless we sign him to a 1 year contract) which is not too bad at all.
