I still can't believe Poile pulled off this trade.

Well we now know that the Preds are out of the Stamkos rumors now (if they were really in it?)
Barring any bid team trade (which I don't see happening) Preds will fill out the remailing roster with a couple low end older vets.

Loved watching you and now have a whole in my stomach knowing that you'll no longer step out on the ice with "your" team. You are an undeniable presence on the ice, and in the locker room. You will always have a special place in Smashville. I wish you had stayed with us and retired a Pred for life. You will be missed.
