Man, why does he constantly set himself up for failure like this ?

This Stamkos thing is not going to end well for us. This is Buffalo - we always lose . That's why we're here on Earth - to make other cities feel good about themselves. I've come to grips with it, so should you, Garth. Just enjoy the fact that we still have a professional hockey team (and football team) in town.

2.Stamkos and his agent are about to be pitched by the best pitch team in the history of pitch men in Terry Pegula and Tim Murray- what is this based on exactly?

3. They are the best closers in the business right now. Just ask Rex Ryan. - really then what happened last year? or is that a mirage?

4.However, in the end, the combination of the Pegula world class culture- would that culture be losing based on the sabres and bills since he took over?

Buffalo have some good young players. But they are pretty much all at the NHL level. Rochester was a mess. Most teams have good young talent. The author continues to make Eichel, Samson, the Finn D man out as all stars. Still much to do.
Bogosian is overrated. So is Kane. O'Rielly is a good 2nd line Centre. Nothing more.

I have already resigned myself to not getting Stamkos or Vesey.

But that's OK. In Eichel & Reinhart we have a dynamic duo that one day could rival Kane/Toews.

Frnakly, I'd rather see us win with homegrown talent. And I think we are on our way to doing just that.

I post on Garth's blog for several reasons. I would think others feel the same way. It is not an "unhealthy obsession" or being a "troll".
I post because of the contents of the blogs themselves. Statements like "the Sabres are now the front runners in the Stamkos sweeps".
The blogger actually speaking as if Vesy is on the roster.
The bloggers continual overhyping the accomplishments of GMTM. Like he has a special gift other GMs do not have. Like his is the hockey player whisperer
Peluga is not the only dude in the NHL with money. Watching his and his old lady's unhealthy involvement with the Bills shows they will start meddling with the Sabres soon
The prime reason I comment on this blog is the bloggers unhealthy view of Toronto and TML. The Leafs tanked last year but the Sabres did not the previous year. The "food poisoning of Eichel". It never ends.
