Whenever theres a story about Bob Probert I always remember when i met him as a kid i was about 6 years old he was leaving a charity softball game my father and uncle seen him get into his jeep so they picked me up and ran towards him he was pulling out of the parking space and seen us running to him and instead of just leaving he pulled back into the parking spot got out of his car and waited for us to get to him he stayed and talked to us for about 10 minutes and signed a few autographs and apologized for having to leave (because there was a huge group of people running towards us). That memory sticks with me because he was a guy who beat the crap out of other guys on the ice but he was so nice to us that day there was nothing stopping him from leaving but yet he stopped to meet us from that day on i was always a Probert fan
