Good write up , Lysiak was a very good player, Even though I am Hawk fan always liked Macleish . His style always seemed to stand out from the rest of the flyers. Thought he was very under rated in his prime .

Sad.

Remember both players well.

Loved the Broad Street Bullies of the mid-seventies (Especially the way they manhandled the Habs)
....and as a Hawk fan, Lysiak was one of a few bright spots we could cheer on during his time with us.

Two icons from my child-hood memories.....sad to see.
