Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Rooting for the Huskies today and itd be awesome if Myers has a dominant game. Unlikely London loses, though.

I'll echo that. Be safe this holiday weekend. Saw a ton of police out in Delaware and Chester counties yesterday. If you want to get "Star Spangled Hammered " this weekend, stay home or crash at a friend's house.

What I'm hoping for next season is that we see Couturier and Voracek together. I think if both are healthy, they can help each other. I think we saw mammoth steps from Schenn and Simmonds and I think both are worthy of being G's wingers. Beyond Giroux, Voracek, Simmonds, Couturier and Schenn at forward, I'm hoping we can seriously upgrade in all areas but I'd like to see another impact player, whether he's a center or left winger. Whether it's a trade or signing, bring in more scoring at even strength and help the second PP unit. It really seems like we have very little on the left side.

We have to find away to not be as fragile a team as the Habs because we lost one player as important as G and Coots.

Also expecting Ivan Provorov to make the team right out of camp. It's going to be awhile I think until someone replaces Ghost as the lone Dman at the top of the umbrella of the PP but I'm hoping someday Provorov can do so, while logging big minutes at even strength.

The future is close.

I have a strong hunch he came into the game injured as well.

He didn't play the final 11 minutes last game despite being very good. This game he has gotten like 4/5 minutes, including seeing no PK time, even though he is their top PK'er. He looks labored too. If that wasn't bad enough, he gets the knee on knee.

Mononoke swooping in. 21 year old who sees a sudden spike in points (39 points in 59 last year) on the best team in junior hockey? Meh. Nothing I gleaned from watching him really wowed me either. Small, not a good skater, doesn't do a whole lot at evens, scores a bunch on London's ridiculous PP.
