I don't get it. If Ennis is so awesome, why isn't he a fit to play with Jackson and Samson? Those two generational talents deserve only the best.
But seriously. The Sabres are not getting Duchene from the Avs for a bag of plugs and a 4th rounder. He would cost E Kane plus. Reinhardt plus. You don't get a 1st line player for four 4th liners.
If the Sabres are to add a top young player, they will need to move a top young player and or the #8 pick in this upcoming draft. You need to give up value to get value and the likes of Pysyk, Moulson Georges or Ennis will not get a deal done |
