Hoffman or Nichushkin would be amazing no doubt. Immediate upgrade.
On another note, this Laine guy is pretty good. That's 4g2a in 2 games for him. Matthews is moving at half the pace. |

Laine has played Germany and Belarus. Matthews had to open up against Canada. Look at what Matthews did against Belarus (2G 1A), that is the exact same stat line that Laine posted. Also you have to take into account that Matthews is essentially playing with a US B team. |

Laine plays on an overall better team. Matthews has to play with some very good college players and some other younger guys while Laine gets players like Granlund, Barkov, and Koivu.
Also for the Palmieri type trade instead of Johansson from Washington I'd rather look at Burakovsky. |

Keller could be real steal at 11. Size is the only issue I guess. But size isn't as big (pardon the pun) a problem in the nhl nowadays.
I think I heard he is going to BU next year? People are expecting a big year from him. I'm just so glad Canucks are #5. Who needs a Matthews or Laine..... |

You can still get a really good player there. Dubois and Tkachuk are good cancellation prizes. Not as good as the big three but still very good. |

Hoffman and Nichushkin would be good adds... but I doubt we're getting them at the same bargain we got Palmieri. |

I'd do this year and next year 2nd rounders, but yeah, I can't see Dallas taking that offer. |

Nichushkin hasn't really done a whole lot so far. Obviously he had a lot of hype when he was drafted, but I wouldn't give up too much for him at this point. |

Well, Dallas looks pretty stacked up front so if they're looking to upgrade defensively then it might make sense to make a deal there. I like Nichushkin. |

He had a good rookie year and then that hip injury I believe kept him out almost a year. |

Maybe Jakub Vrana from WSH and Rattie from STL. Vrana could be a good fit with Zacha. |

Camm to Tampa for Drouin. Tampa is going to
lose Stamkos and have team to make a run next few years. Highly unlikely but would love to see Devils take a serious run at Drouin.
Hoffman would be worth the gamble too. |

did Petr Vrana ever get a fair shake? I was just starting to follow the Devils closely online at that time. I feel like he was here.. had a few games.. and then he was gone forever. poof. |

Yes a 21 year old stud for a 33 year old. Cammy is good, but not that good. |

Albany with a huge win to take a 2-1 series lead! Wonder if that Lappin guy with get a look next year he seems to be pretty damn good in spurts lol. I think I really want Taylor Hall or Dubois lol and we could get either by trading with Edmonton. |

Not having a good playoffs... that's damning his value right now.
His reg season stats are what I expected of him having been injured last year and only playing high 3rd/low 2nd line minutes.
