Maybe Savard wasn't interested in a consultant job with the Habs? Ever thought of that?

Also, he has been removed from the game for a while now, he probably doesn't follow the NHL that closely. I also remember that people back then were trying to run him out of town when he was the GM (yes, that includes your friends at Westisland690).

As for the rest, come on...you don't really think that an interview by Savard with Tony is going to influence other GMs as to how they value PK Subban now, do you?

Doesn't take Serge Savard to point out that Bergevin blaming everything on Price's injury was a complete joke. I think everyone made that determination. With that ridiculous end of year press conference they held.

Top 3 is huge.. 4-12 seems like all good equal players now.. Listening to idiot button this morning he think Logan Brown should be #4 now. 6'6 fast centerman who can make big time plays.. Well why not?

All jokes aside Bergevin was awful this year. But before canning him Id give him a chance to see if he can learn from his mistakes and fix it.

There's no denying he a smart hockey mind. All the big guns in the NHL speak so highly of him. Enough to put him on the world cup staff. He's even made some quality trades but the only problem is they are all for 3rd and 4th liners lol

He needs to be more aggressive and I think he will be

I wonder if he even thinks they can win now? He's holding on to all these picks and prospects. It's like he's looking past the price years. Which is kind of dumb but I also wouldn't want to end up like the Rangers. When their window closes it will be boarded up for 10 years.

9th is fine.. I don't even care too much if we drop to 10.. All great player from 4-12. Some so called experts Are even putting brown Keller Yost in the top 5 now so whatever. Habs will get someone sood
