I enjoyed these write-ups all season. I agree with you, Panarin is deserving of the trophy (although Gibson deserves mention along with Ghost Bear).

We all know who the best player of these rookies was, and will be, but I just can't give it to McDavid when he missed so many games. I don't think he will mind missing out on this trophy... there are plenty more in his future.

Yup it's stupid to consider Panarin a rookie but he will win it cuz thems the rules.

Agreed!! Panarin falls under the rules of the NHL with regards to rookie qualifications. I dont see why the bashing still persists.

AHL is considered minor league. KHL is the equivalent to the NHL in Russia. I see what you are saying though.
