raymond will clear waivers
only notable flames that will be moved are Hudler and maybe, i hope, russell. possibly Hiller as well though they've allegedly been trying to trade him since last summer and his value now is lower than ever
they really, really need to dump several bad contracts (wideman, smid, raymond, a few others) but it most likely isn't possible until the offseason
it's not a great situation because the best short term move is to tank right now but they don't really have the expendable yet short term valuable pieces that would make a true tank easy to do |
