I've only seen eichel a few times, but the kid is a gamer. Elite speed, big frame, insane shot. (The one facet thus far that I'll say is unequivocally better than Connors)

If not for all the hype and such an insane rookie class, there'd be zero discussion about his solid but unspectacular numbers.
He'll be elite for years and years

Ennis now day to day is good news. The forwards need something different .

Okay , don't watch a lot of games I guess. He has not developed chemistry with line mates in scoring . His defense and wall work are great. The line juggling has not helped. Please do not compare to your Dud . Eichel will be fine. We all realize he is not Mcdavid but he was a good consolation prize.

I have seen many puck battles won by eichel, more than i could count on both hands.

I would like to see him finish some checks, although i know he isnt that type of player that goes for the entire team. Kane is the only player on this team who consistently finishes his checks.

Interesting thought. Eichel is finding out just how limited space is in the NHL. Not only are the players bigger faster stronger and better with well implemented defensive structure, but the clutching stickwork and sometimes blatant interference that goes uncalled these days doubles down on the lack of space there is to work for him and his linemates.
