It's interesting to see the teams that are struggling out of the gate.

LA is 0-3
Columbus is 0-4
Anaheim is 0-2-1, and only has scored 1 goal in 3 games.

People need to be patient. It's only 3 games into the season. This team will find it's stride offensively.

Obviously, I'm hoping we crush you tonight... but....

I see Pitts being all over Ottawa and Malkin and Crosby doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Look for Kessel to get a goal and an assist tonight too since he's been a Sens killer over the years.

My prediction is a 6-3 Pitts win. Hope it's the other way around though

Start of the season matters. These points count as much as the ones in March. First 10 games are a strong indicator of the end of season results so hopefully tonight this team starts playing to its potential finally.

Karlsson has been absolute magic to start the season and he drives the Ottawa attack. He has never had a huge game against the Pens. Interesting to see how the Pens try to contain him. Ottawa has not lost a regular season road game since last February.

First off, I was there, and the majority of fans were NOT chanting this.

Secondly, if you think Philly is the only building where he's gonna get that, you're sadly mistaken. But, Eagles fans threw snowballs at Santa 40 years ago=Flyers fans have no class. Carry on.

Maatta has looked awful this entire year. He's been among the sucky 6 (Crosby, Malkin, Kunitz, Hornqvist, Perron, and Maatta) that have been the problem so far.

I really want them to put him with Letang to see if that gets him going. Those two looked dominant the game they played together in preseason. He needs an injection of mojo and I don't think that Letang and Cole compliment each other well to begin with.

Should be an interesting game.

The good news is that their offense has been able to get them out of trouble. They've yet to face a team offensively gifted as the Pens though.

We haven't looked to good so far. If we play up to our ability you guys are in trouble without hot Craig Anderson on board, but if we play like we have been it'll be a pitcher's duel between MAF and the Hamburgler.

Ya i missed the arizona game but the Dallas gm drove me nuts. Instead of getting speed out of their own end they would drop a weak no look backhand pass to someone. I would like to see those two paired and put Cole with pouliout to create some speed on the backend. Just change something or ppl will b calling for mjs head. Hes probably not allowed to even make personnel moves. What a joke
