Goaltenders can't do it all by themselves bro. I.e Carey Price. He may not have won more playoff games than the other goaltenders in the league but he is still the best goaltender in the league. Lundqvist is top 5 for sure. |

If you triple his playoff victories he doesn't catch Roy. If he wins every cup from now until he is 38 he doesn't catch Roy. If he wins 40 games a year the next 4 seasons (he's never won 40) he barely catches Belfour.
The issue isn't whether he is a great goaltender, he is. We were poking fun at the douchey nickname. The King should steal your team a cup. He hasn't. |
