Maybe not talent wise BUT our guy is stealing games and has been out of his mind since the trade.

Haha Weird that Hammond can get love but Dubnyk gets scoffed at. Very interesting point made there with your snark! haha

but I would argue that since his arrival in the 'State of Hockey'

The league doesn't have an award for best goaltender since Dubnyk got traded to MN.

No doubt haha. I am not sure teams located anywhere other than Canada or the East Coast are eligible for awards anyways. Have to check the manual for clarification though.

Of course they are. The are eligible for the Jennings, the Art Ross, & the Rocket Richard. Nothing else of course, but with how the east coast & Canadian teams have dominated in Cup wins lately, why should they be?

14-1-1 in last 16 says yes.

Wild have 3 regulation losses in their last 10.

Bergs has done nothing for me since maybe the first game or two. Definitely should be odd man out when Carter returns. Brodziak? Gosh, I never thought i would say this, but he has been so greatthis year. I actually hope they resign him. (!) But who comes out when he gets back and Carter is in? I just don't know...
I hope Cooke never plays for the wild again. His physical presence has dried up, and that's about all he offers. Not worth anyone else sitting.
And where to put zucker if he plays again? I bet Nino slides down, and Schroeder is the odd man out, which sucks because i really think he brings something that we don't have other than zucker maybe. Love the way he uses his speed and stick handling to deke out defenders. All in all, good problems to have, I guess.

I'll agree at that Dubnyk deserves Vezina consideration. I still think that award will go to Price, with Rinne second and Dubnyk third.

Hottest team right now I have to go with Ottawa. They are 16-2-2 in last 20 games. That's nuts

Good for Dubnyk! The guy has taken a beating his whole career and now he is proving all his critics wrong

To be fair he deserved the beating he took last year. He was awful.

And yet when the wild were at one point 14-1-1 In their last 16, we still didn't get any respect for it.

24-6-2 with dubnyk, and everyone is still just waiting for him to fall flat. No respect.

Team around him was atrocious though. Kinda shows difference getting out of Edmonton has made for him though.

In a 3-2 shootout, yes. Pretty evenly matched teams I think. I'm not implying that the Wild are not a hot team. They are. But in terms of right now, Ottawa has them beat. It's a slim margin.

I was impressed by Ottawa their kids are certainly playing well.

I was not trolling or click baiting with my title just think it is time to get some credit for MN Wild. This is no fluke.
