I'm starting to think Kekkaleine is collecting every washed up grinder in the league. |

Too many #Hartnell Downs? |

Great return for a contract I really wanted to get rid of. I like Wiz and admire that he wanted to stay, but I won't miss him and this gives us some added forward depth. |

Des and Wiz, g'dammit Anaheim. They've addressed their main weakness and will now be nearly impossible to beat in 7 |

So, swapping a 3rd for a 2nd and then Wiz for two forwards and over $1mil in cap space is bad return lol.... |

Bourque is only earning 2.5 for next year (after he's UFA), if Jarmo wanted to dump salary he did a good job at it. |

Anaheim will probably have a late pick, and CBJ an early one, basically moving CBJ up 10-15 spots, give or take. Bourque should have had minimal trade value, and Karlsson isn't a great prospect. Had Wiz not blocked them, I'm sure Detroit would've given up way more. |

Especially considering re-signing Cam and possibly letestu/calvert. Not to mention the cap space you'll need to resign Boone next year. I like the trade. Wiz can do some great things, but the bottom line is that contract was looking uglier and uglier. |

Karlsson is the key to the trade, McKenzie and Dreager think he has potential...
I hate to see Wiz go, but at least he has a chance at the cup. Borque will be dumped ASAP.
Who knows if it s good deal or not?

That's pretty boss deal for the Ducks.
They gave up about fraction of what the Rangers did for Yandle for a player that's probably 85-90% as good. |

Sorry, that's a fantasy. Wiz is not in the same class at Yandle. If he was the CBJ would be keeping him. |

i'm sorry but we just got rid of the biggest overrated defenseman that columbus has ever had. dude is a turnover king and can't hit a pass to a moving forward to save his life.but must admit he has a laser of a shot that usually finds it's way threw. count me in the crowd that is happy he is gone. thank you jarmo |
