After seeing It's a Wonderful Life or A Christmas Carol for the 35 th time in low def black and white, they have to realize TV sucks.

The little bastards are usually finished unwrapping presents, screaming in your ear and asking you to play with them by noon and then they really become bored.

Then the In-Laws come over in the afternoon and seeing there is no game on the tube they constantly reming you of how you are not good enough to be married to their precious daughter who hasn't gone down on you in four months.

This is all caused by the lack of Hockey.

Thanksgivings Day has it right . Four NFL games from you wake up to the time you are ready to sleep.

It'about time for changes.

My feeling is if any team ever wanted to take a run at a cup, this is the year. There are only about 10 teams going for the cup and the rest are going for McDavid Eichel.

Any team missing the playoffs should be given an equal 1 in 14 chance of getting top pick. All teams missing playoffs should have an equal opportunity lottery

Fans not willing to sacrifice a season or two for the better future of the team are not true fans then.

It depends which side of the fence you are sitting on.

Canucks are a better organization today than they were last year at this time. Moving players and high draft choices made us better.

The NHL draft is a flawed system and any GM who knows his team has no shot at making an impact in the playoffs is doing his team an injustice by not going after a higher pick.

Until it is a fair system GMs will try to take advantage much like they did with back sliding contracts.

It is common knowledge that in two years Canucks would be better with Virtanenand a top 10 pick playing second line instead of letting Burrows Higgins finish their contracts and keeping us around middle of the pack
