Honestly i thought we played a decent game I enjoyed the line of Koko, Lindblad and Fraser they had some good energy at times. Also got a good laugh when Krug went after Galchenyuk

Well said Ty!
They still need a power forward who can finish!

They'll be in good shape come March and maybe lock up 7th or 8th slot in the conference, perhaps?

There's still the need for right hand power forward!

Yeah, that line was an interesting mix. Would have been better had they been given a little more ice time, but I get it. And I've never seen Krug so mad!

Yeah, just what they do with their cap space is interesting. On top of the outrageous prices, one of the big reasons why they haven't added a defenseman yet is because they simply don't know what the situation is for Krejci here. They'd like to add another d-man, but they really need a forward to help shoulder some of the scoring load. They'll have to make a decision with Pastrnak sooner than later, but if they want a bigger body, Chris Stewart is probably the only option and his price wouldn't be worth the return.

I for one, think this could end up being a good thing. Put the team through some adversity, get some younger guys some good ice time. If everything works out well, I see the B's finishing somewhere between 5-8 in the conference. If they can get healthy, they might be able to head into the playoffs as a pretty talented underdog. On top of that, maybe a couple of the young guys stick (Griffith, Morrow). Gotta stay positive

So I'm hearing the Oilers wanna move Perron. Seems like he'd be a great fit for the B's, could a package surrounding Spooner get that done?

Their GM is delusional... Saying they want a TOP centre for Perron... Yikes

Good news tho, Pastranak called up for tomorrows game vs PIT

The real question is, are they delusional enough to think Spooner is a top line C.

And HOORAY! Can't wait to see him play. I wonder what the lineup will look like. Just a shot in the dark...

Lucic Krejci* Pastrnak
Smith Bergeron Griffith
Fraser Swedes
Not merlot line

*Pretty please?

Probably. Of course Julien doing his best Bellichick impression so we'll never really know what's with any of them.

Could be a lower body injury AKA Vagina

Pasternak is the youngest player in the AHL at 18 years of age. does this count as playing the kids?
