Rick Sadowski: Briere back in Avs lineup

eeeeeeehhhhhh....those line combos are giving me a migraine.

You knew one of the NBA/NHL was going to test this Vegas theory. I thought it would have been NBA to go that route first. If they go for it, i'm hoping they move a team like Arizona because that situation isn't working anyways.

Gotta admit one thing, every club that travels to Vegas will have a large road fan base. If you play for Vegas, you'll have nights where your home games will look like a road game. Vegas is just so easy to travel, find affordable and short trips that it'll really hurt the home team. Can't lie, I know that would be high on my list of places to easily catch an Avs game.

Id like to see Roy try these lines

ROR Duchene Briere
Tangs Mack Iggy
Landy Mitchell McGinn
McLeod Cliche Talbot

Briere is a skill guy, if he's gonna dress, then play him with skilled players and not waste him on the 4th line. Just my 2 cents

I think the turn around offensively is going to start with Duchene and Tanguay. Tanguay has been playing very well and can be the playmaker to help others get going.

One thing I dont understand is why Roy has refused to play Duchene and Mac together? I'd love to see Duchene, Mac and Tanguay on the top line with Factor centering Landy and Iggy. Mac and Duchene can fly, and Duchene is an underrated playmaker who can distribute to mac.

He has tried it a few times in games and it hasn't worked, maybe with Tanguay it would be better though.

Just look at Luis Mendoza, sometimes being too fast isn't the answer

I'd be happy if the Avs grabbed Petry, hes under-rated...Wonder if Boychuk would come back to Colorado?

And just to bring it over from the last thread.

Both of those sign me up, but I have a feeling Boychuk stays in the East, either he resigns with the Islanders or goes back to the Bruins. Seems like such a loyal heart and soul guy, cant see him jumping ship again.

But I wish, Boychuk would be amazing to have
