At least 3 out of 4 points in the next two games are imperative, with that stretch of games coming after them. These are two beatable teams, frankly they should really win both.

Going .500 against the Pens 2x, Lightning 2x, Capitals 2x, the Flyers and Devils to close out November would be a huge win. Anything above that is fantastic.

They're going to want pay back for that 5-0 drubbing they got from them. At least they should. It better be enough to light a fire under their arses let alone the points they need and are going to need. Philly is playing better and nipping at their heels.

Of all the years watching hockey I've never seen 3 consecutive back to back games. That's awful schedule making. It would be nice if the Islanders can win the next two. I would feel more comfortable going 11-5 in those back to back games (TB-Pitts) next week. We need JT to play like his old self....breakout game for him tonight. I have a feeling this team is going to be deadly once Bailey and Grabner come back and we stay healthy.

Probably the most complete 60 mins of the season.

Nuge is developing into that guy we hoped.

All around good game. Next step is to not have a letdown against a team (Nashville)that's not really gonna try and take it to us, but play strong defence and counterpunch on our mistakes(these teams give us trouble)

Thats what I met back to back against the same team. I did miss that Flyer game but, its still crappy scheduling.

Definitely agree with that. Keep the PK on this path, get Bailey & Grabner back and it could be a good run. Also, have Jack keep his hands off the line switching.
