Leafs would never win another shoot out without Bozie. Hate giving up on youth, but understand the predicament. What if Staal said see ya after 2015/2016?

Two teams have young depth at center, that I can think of, NYI & Colorado, start there with a deal that may fit. Can't compete unless you've got depth down the middle.

Another deal I have heard mentioned more than a few times over the last week or so is the Maple Leafs interest in Antoine Vermette and Keith Yandle. A package could be worked out but the Coyotes would like Kadri back for both players and a pick. (e3)

Kadri hasn't shown he's all that great of a center or a leader. I'd trade him. Gardiner hasn't shown he has any brains so I'm okay with that too. The first rounder I'd like to see if they'd take 2016 over this year. Or at least top 5 protect it.
