I feel more for the guy who doesn't get to play the game he loves and loses his livelihood as well as his health. |

One day when he played down here I was at a Panthers practice. He got into the car of another player after the practice... I cannot remember which... and I walked up to the window with a picture to get it signed. He pretended to be asleep and when I walked up to the window, he scared me. He was so nice about it. He signed for me and sat there and talked to me like I was his best friend. He is a genuinely nice guy and I really hope he gets back to doing what he does best soon. |

This is really sad, Horton has always been plagued with injuries and never seemed to catch a break, but with this injury to possibly be career ending is ver very sad. Horton is such a dynamic playmaker that has the ability to also put up 30 goals a year. I was happy he got traded to CLB where he seemed to be a perfect fit. While a few people were always knocking CLB saying they will finish last or close to last for a playoff position I kept looking at all the roster moves they have made over the years and I thought to myself, this team is going places. Sad to see one of the better players in the league have this many issues with health. Very Lindros like to me. |

Poor guy- he always seemed like a real appreciative star; cared about the fans, worked hard and left it all on the ice.
If he does have to retire, I'm sure any team would love adding them as part of their development staff; guy plays the game the right way. |

One of the nicest guys in the game. Always smiling, and just one of those guys that truly enjoys what he does for a living. Wishing the best for him. |

Hoping for the best. Seems like a very classy guy and he chose to come to Columbus when he could have gone anywhere. Hopefully he just needs some more time to heal up. CBJ have lots of talent and depth, though, and I hope they don't panic. Please don't trade somebody like Atkinson for Yakupov or some crap. |
