Peter Tessier: Jets Win 2-1 & a hint of Change? The Jets got out to a 2-0 lead and managed to hang on for the 2-1 win over Ottawa. Thre real story is with a veteran heavy roster we may have seen one of Maurice's first tactical changes.

great stuff. I noticed this a little the other night when I watched them play. I do believe they are going to surprise some people this year. They could be a wildcard team. They are starting to really come into their own.

The next 2 games should show how this system will work better when more regulars are in the lineup. Have to reserve judgement until then.

Not with Stuart as a number 4 D man.

I love Stuart but he should be playing no more that 15 minutes a night. If they don't get another D then this could be another long season for Pavs.

Chevy should be on the phone with his old pals in Chicago to see if Leddy really is available.

I just wish the Boychuk rumors had some substance to them. Jets need a solid experienced D and the Bruins need cap room. I'm sure a prospect and conditional draft pick depending on if he resigns could get it done. Could be a rare win-win situation
