Barbashev looked good but he was already cut. I wouldn't mind if this lineup was the final one. (I know it wont because coaches think you still need a line of grinders)You could dress Ott and or Reaves every once in a while for some grit.

Given his age and relative experience level, Barbashev looked decent in somewhat limited minutes though not great in the one preseason game that I attended. He played limited minutes last Thursday and had one prime scoring chance that he promptly buried into the goalie's torso. While he may technically have NHL size, he didn't strike me as playing with NHL size and that was against a largely AHL lineup.
