I'm not. Even if the GM was serious, he played it all wrong. No way he gets either to waive when they can probably wait him out.

We had the forward talent to run two good power play units, no question. A gigantic part of the PP's success depended on coaching. And when you hired someone as your head coach because they ran Detroit's PP, it looks really bad them when your "take a shot even if it's a terrible one" strategy fails in such an epic fashion. It's certainly not a minor reason for why we lost.
