The Blues have lost to LA, LA, and Chicago in the playoff the last three years.

Yes, I want them to have success in the playoffs. But they are losing to two of the best teams in hockey. Going up 2-0 the last two years and then losing the series hurts though. But we can play with both of them.

I hope that is why your team has made the moves that they have made. To beat the L.A's and Chicago's. You make it sound like that is ok if you lose to "those" teams ? ?
I expect the Blues to again be contenders. I always liked Elliot in goal and now getting the nod will boost his confidence. Is Hitch the guy to take you to the promised land ?

You forgot about the Polak Gunnerson trade. Jackman is not Shattenkirks partner.

Not ok, just realistic. We matched up against the two top teams of the past 5 years. No shame in losing to them.

We are getting closer, we have to beat them though, not just play them tough.

Lehtera will be a much bigger acquisition than many suspect. It's probably a good thing that he isn't mentioned often.

I am about as excited for lehtera as I was for Tarasenko.

No lengthy comments needed. The Blues are beast! They just have to find a way to get over that hump. They may have finally solved that in the off season.
