Burning a jersey is the cheapest therapy imaginable. I don't blame those people for doing it then, and I won't blame them for buying another now.

Before the young Canucks make this hockey team super entertaining, the Comets are in for some dynamite hockey. Not just speed and goals but some big physical defensive play as well. Going to be a treat for them in a couple of years. A little longer for us. (post Sedins)

So I'm guessing your Kesler jersey is a pile of ash in your back yard fire pit.

It'll be interesting to see the Comets transformation as well as typically they have the AHL team play the same style as the NHL team, or at least somewhat. I wonder if that means more of an up-tempo, offensive style for the Comets compared to last year.

I hope so. I cant imagine what was going through Green's mind as he looked down the bench last season. So few and Jensen took for ever to get going and then was torn from Green's team.

I fantasize about Kesler being injured for this season's playoffs and the Ducks are out in the 1st round. It's wet dream when we eliminate them with our young players.... right after Bonino finishes with more points then Kesler again.

Even better, they miss the playoffs with Kesler not being injured.

Considering the Ducks' main weakness was apparently depth at C last year, they're gonna be poop out of luck without Bonerno when Kes goes down injured.
